Compare the exact selection

Choose the labeled amount per unit and quantity before comparing. A single unit and a multipack have different upfront prices. Keep product format and exact recipe consistent; similar names do not establish equivalent products.

Follow the original listing to check its quantity, availability and current price. Unit prices use the full labeled mass in each selection.

About GHRP-2

Source profile reviewed 2026-10-01 · Imported 2026-10-22. Read the full compound profile

GHRP-2 (pralmorelin, KP-102) is a synthetic six-amino-acid growth hormone secretagogue from Cyril Bowers' GHRP series that acts on the ghrelin receptor rather than the GHRH receptor, producing a short, sharp GH pulse and, like ghrelin, stimulating appetite. Its one approved use is diagnostic: a 100 mcg intravenous dose sold in Japan as GHRP Kaken 100 to test for adult GH deficiency, validated against the insulin tolerance test in 2007. Between 1995 and 2014 it was also studied as a treatment for GH-deficient children by subcutaneous, intranasal and oral routes, and a 126-child, 48-week placebo-controlled intranasal trial found no effect on growth. It has no approved therapeutic indication anywhere, and the 100-300 mcg subcutaneous schedules in circulation come from community and practitioner practice rather than from treatment trials.
