Reported quantities in this family: 1, 2, 3, 6, 10. Counts and units must be matched to the exact listing.
The catalog includes 2 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg and 12 mg Ipamorelin vial labels, with both single-vial and multipack offers. Match the amount and count to compare equal selections. For unit pricing, divide the total price by the labeled milligrams across all included vials.
Check the full title when a listing uses Ipa or Ipamorelin. CJC-1295/Ipamorelin combinations and atomized-solution kits appear in separate groups. The presence of the alias does not establish a single-compound vial, and a combined blend weight cannot be assigned entirely to Ipamorelin.
Compare within each strength. Every row covers one vial and includes only listings marked in stock with known quantities.

8 listings from direct supplier captures and 56 listings from aggregator reports. Capture and import dates record when data was obtained; they do not guarantee the supplier’s current price or stock.
Listings include out-of-stock and unconfirmed-stock records. Inclusion does not certify a supplier, a batch or a product. Read how matching and source dates work.
No. Ipa is a recognized alias, but it can also appear in combination-product names. The full title, format and component list must support a single-compound vial match.
No. Ranking uses listed total prices or their calculated cost per labeled mg. Reported codes and estimates remain separate because eligibility, expiry and whether a code combines with another offer must be confirmed with the supplier.

Ipamorelin (NNC 26-0161) is a synthetic five-residue peptide developed by Novo Nordisk in the 1990s that triggers growth hormone release through the ghrelin receptor without the cortisol, ACTH or prolactin rise seen with earlier GHRPs. Human exposure comes from a 40-volunteer intravenous pharmacokinetic study and a 117-patient phase 2 trial run by Helsinn for post-operative ileus, which was safe but did not beat placebo, after which clinical development stopped. It has no approval anywhere, is prohibited by WADA, and in October 2024 the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 12 to 0 against adding either the free base or the acetate to the list of substances that may be compounded; it is nonetheless still prescribed off-label through compounding pharmacies and telehealth, usually at bedtime and often combined with the GHRH analog CJC-1295 without DAC.
The foundational study showed GH release with less ACTH/cortisol response in animal models.
Healthy-volunteer studies characterized concentration and GH response.
Phase 2 programs did not show meaningful improvement over placebo and development stopped.
