Reported quantities in this family: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10. Counts and units must be matched to the exact listing.
Choose the labeled amount per unit and quantity before comparing. A single unit and a multipack have different upfront prices. Keep product format and exact recipe consistent; similar names do not establish equivalent products.
Follow the original listing to check its quantity, availability and current price. Unit prices use the full labeled mass in each selection.
Compare within each strength. Every row covers one vial and includes only listings marked in stock with known quantities.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell, where it carries electrons through glycolysis and the citric acid cycle and serves as the substrate consumed by sirtuins, PARP enzymes and CD38. Tissue levels fall with age and with oxidative stress, which is the rationale behind the wellness industry's NAD-boosting products: oral precursors such as nicotinamide riboside and nicotinamide mononucleotide, and parenteral NAD+ itself given by intravenous drip or subcutaneous injection. It is not approved by the FDA for any indication, injectable forms are compounded preparations that receive no pre-market review, and a 2026 systematic review found no outcome trials at all of intravenous or intramuscular NAD+ for anti-aging or wellness use. Because it is a dinucleotide rather than a peptide, it has no amino acid sequence.
Eight participants received 750 mg NAD+ over six hours; the study measured metabolite handling, not clinical efficacy.
Human NR and NMN trials cannot be automatically generalized to injected NAD+.
Reviews find biochemical target engagement more consistently than meaningful health outcomes.
